Making Better Decisions with Mindfulness

You are making decisions all day every day whether they are conscious decisions or unconscious decisions. Even deciding to make no decision is a decision. To make a decision, especially a good quality decision you need to be in the right frame of mind. If you are worrying, feeling anxious, stressed or experiencing any other strong emotions and feeling you will not be able to think clearly. This is concerning if you have to make a life changing decision like on getting married, whether to buy a new home or change to a new job.

By practicing mindfulness you learn to become more aware, attentive and listen to you senses more which will help your decision making. Also apart from providing better clarity to your conscious decision making you will start to notice that your subconscious contributes to how you make decisions too, through your gut or intuition.
